PCS is excited to offer the opportunity of raising additional funds for Pioneer Christian School.  The programs listed below are available for anyone to participate in and involve simply taking advantage of purchases and spending you are already choosing to do.   These programs are not difficult to participate in, and we are trusting that everyone will get involved for the good of the whole.  The more people that participate the greater the benefit will be to all.

The SCRIP Program

What is the program?

Scrip is fundraising while you shop. Scrip is a term that means “substitute money”.  When you purchase scrip, you’re purchasing negotiable gift certificates and prepaid cards that are used just like cash. You can use scrip to purchase everyday expenses like food, clothing, and other essentials, and with every purchase, you earn revenue for PCS.

The beauty of scrip is that you put your regular household shopping dollars to work. You earn money for PCS without spending a single additional penny.  Just spend your regular shopping dollars with scrip at the stores that participate in the scrip program! A complete list of participating retailers can be found on the Scrip website here.

We have included a short list of popular retailers nearby and their percentages to show you the amazing possibilities. Each retailer has selected a percentage of revenue to benefit PCS. Most retailers set the bottom line at a $20 or more purchase.

What do you do?

Below are two ways you can follow to actively participate. This first option is the recommended way but for your convenience we have included another possible way to participate.

ScripNow!™

Step 1:  Obtain School Code from the PCS office (you will need this for registration on the website).

Step 2: Navigate to the Scrip Website and locate the ScripNow!™ option or click here (only one account is allowable per family).

Step 3: Once your account is setup, feel free to shop-online for gift cards at desired retailers (reloadable gift cards are the recommended option).

Step 4: Pay for your order via PrestoPay™ (the PCS office will submit all orders).

Step 5: Pick-up your gift cards at the PCS office.

Step 6: Have fun shopping and earning money for PCS!

PCS Office

Step 1: Sign-up at the school office for desired retailer gift cards.

Step 2: Pay at the school office right after signing up (office submits orders once a week).

Step 3: Pick-up your gift cards at the PCS office.

Step 4: Have fun shopping and earning money for PCS!

All cards come directly to the school office where they will be available for pick-up. Remember to check the Scrip Website because retailers update prices and availability regularly.

Box Tops 4 Education

What is the program?

Clipping box tops is an easy way to make money for the school!  Hundreds of products bear the Box Tops 4 Education logo; these products are all eligible to earn money for the school. Each one is worth 10¢. If you are unsure if your product qualifies as a box top then please click participating products to see a listing.

What do you do?

Here is the simplified process of how to effectively turn in your Box Tops to earn money for PCS:

Step 1: As you shop, look for brands that have the Box Tops logo.

Step 2: Once you’re finished with the product, cut out the box top and deliver to the school office.

PCS will be having a rally after Christmas, at which the box tops will be collected. Don’t feel limited to that one opportunity though, as students may bring in box tops at any time throughout the school year.

Campbell’s Labels For Education

What is the program?

Campbell’s Labels for Education is another program used by PCS, in which proofs of purchase from certain brands/products can earn points for the school. The school can then exchange these points for free merchandise or materials.

What do you do?

Here is the simplified process of how to effectively turn in your Campbell’s Labels to earn money for PCS:

Step 1: As you shop, look for participating products that have the Campbell’s logo.

Step 2: Once you’re finished with the product, cut off the label with the proof of purchase and deliver to the school office.

Just like Box Tops, Campbell’s Labels can be submitted at any time during the school year.
