We are looking forward to our 2011 Yearbook Presentation and Signing Event this Friday, July 8, in JEC Lecture Room 1. Below you will see a more detailed description of the event.
Please note that we have shortened the duration to try to have all of those attending there at the same time. That should maximize the interaction between the students, parents, and faculty/staff who will be attending. The new end time of 4:30 is approximate so attendees you can feel free to leave before that time, or hang around a while after that, if they choose. However, we would ask everyone to arrive at 3:00 in preparation for the main event.
3:00-3:15 – Get caught up on what everyone has been doing lately.
3:15-3:40 – MAIN EVENT – First Viewing of the Yearbook
- See the 2011 Yearbook page by page for the first time…on the Big Screen.
- Laugh together
- Remember together
3:40-3:45 – Payment Collection/Yearbook Distribution
3:45–4:30(?) – Yearbook Signing & Snacks
We do have a few extra copies of the yearbook available beyond those which were pre-ordered. Priority for these extra copies will be given to families who did not pre-order on a first-come, first-served basis. These extra copies are available at the same cost as those which were pre-ordered. Contact PCS if you, or someone you know, desire to get an additional copy.
Bring your pens…share the memories…catch up with your friends. We hope to see everyone on Friday!!
Sorry, we are out of town. How should we get and pay for the yearbook when we return?
Emailing sgoyak@pioneercs.org will help to either arrange payment and pick-up of pre-ordered yearbooks, or to get information on late orders of yearbooks.
